1 .Don't crimp when carrying, otherwise the tension element will buckle allowed rain bend diameter. (See table 1)
2. Don't put belt long in abnormal state.
3. Keep in cool place.
4. Please shorten central distance and loosen tension pulley when installing. Don't force the belt in.
5. Teeth with wheel should be 90~ angle to belt running direction.
6. The parallel rate of driving gear and passive gear should be about tangent = 1/1000. Inaccurateness will influence its life of use.
7. If belt of driving gear deviates, please adjust it and wheel's pressure.
8. With it drives, central distance changes and belt loosen. Please check whether belt loosen or not and adjust the axle.
9. Timing belt should be installed as different type and width of belt.
10. Tension pulley should be installed on side of transmission belt. |
